Refund Policy

At Testnexus.app, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase.
1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked. This applies to all paid plans (Pro and Enterprise), both monthly and annual billing cycles.
To request a refund, simply email us at hello@testnexus.app with your account email address and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing settings. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. You will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period, contact us at hello@testnexus.app and we will correct the charge immediately.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
