Pricing FAQ
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, unused credit is applied to future billing.
How does seat pricing work?+
Pro includes 3 users and Business includes 10 users. If you need more, add seats monthly: +$19 per seat on Pro and +$15 per seat on Business, up to each plan maximum.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our payment partner Paddle. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?+
Yes! Contact us at hello@testnexus.app with details about your organization and we'll set up a discounted plan.
What happens if I exceed plan limits?+
We'll notify you when you're approaching limits. You can upgrade anytime. We never delete your data — you just won't be able to create new items until you upgrade or remove some.
What are AI credits?+
AI credits power the AI Test Case Generator. Each credit generates a batch of 5-15 structured test cases from a feature description. Free gets 5 credits, Pro gets 100/month, and Business gets 500/month.
